There has been so much percolating around me in Spirit, but I had to get oriented with my new computers before I could email you.

I want to acknowledge the death of Amy Winehouse first. I have been so very sad about this. I am sure many of us have been sending her prayers and love to help her cross. I took a peek at her on Tuesday morning and here is what I saw:

Amy split in half, with half of her being sweet but helpless, the other half controlled by her addictions. I have seen this before with addicted people as they die. The addictions are not left behind but survive death. This is a good reason to evaluate to what you might be addicted, so you don’t bring the beast with you. I asked if I could jettison the addicted half, but saw that it was a part of her spiritual being. So then I asked to merge the two, and once I did, she became beautiful Amy dancing away with butterflies at her heels and beauty all around her, laughing with a musical, light voice, surrounded by the light of Spirit. Jungians would recognize the addicted half as her shadow, something we cannot deny or get rid of. We can instead integrate it, or it will act out in the way Amy’s shadow did, controlling our lives both here and in Spirit.

By the way, butterflies show up as part of the totem animals around some people. The people are usually dancers, or if not dancers, then they “dance” through life spreading joy and light in a delicate way. It is hard to imagine Amy Winehouse doing this, but I bet some people who knew her saw something akin to this side to her being. However it is the integrated being that showed me the butterflies, not the sweet helpless side before integration.

There has been a movement with adherents around the world speaking up about the polarization of gender. My ears perked up when I saw this in the news as it relates to spiritual communication about the ascension I had in the late 90’s. I was told that there would be a relaxation of gender for humanity so that there would be more of a focus on who we are as spiritual beings. I am seeing that it is beginning now.

What does this mean? Your 7th chakra sits on top of your head at that sensitive place where cranial bones fuse. You have no doubt felt tingles or sensitivity up there before. It is your gateway to your Higher Self and Spirit. However, so much of humanity is controlled by concepts and ideas that ask that one “join” the crowd, to “believe” as the crowd does, interfering with your Higher Self connection. Religions survive with this set-up. So do political parties, cults, and many other organizations. The pay-off is that these beliefs give us a sense of safety by joining the crowd, something that is part of our ancient survival skill-set. Our belief in how gender expresses itself is one of these constructions. As these beliefs are dismantled one by one, we will be more fully engaged with the higher expression of ourselves which is not dependent on 7th chakra-controlling ideas. We are becoming more fully ourselves!

I have written before about visions I had in 1989 that showed me how our bodies will be when we realize all of our abilities. One of the most dramatic abilities all of us will have is the ability to instantly manifest something out of thin air and to heal ourselves with vibration, something I don’t think is fully happening yet although we have many things that approach it.

I am also heartened by seeing that the predictions of my higher guidance are unfolding as foreseen even amidst the catastrophes that continue to play out in our world. The secret of the Ascension is that fellow galactic beings are not interfering with us from beyond earth, but instead incarnating here to assist from within.

I am hoping to get licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist this year. It has been frustrating to get this behind me but I only have one test to go. Being psychic is of no help with this testing process. I will use this license at my job at a non-profit agency where I can help people in grief and in other ways. However I realize my real work is doing this spiritual work.

I am a Reiki Master but do not use it very often. Lately I have been able to use it and have been thinking of setting up a regular meeting time and place so people can come and get Reiki healing. People respond in different ways, but when I had it last week, I felt light for days afterward…a little buzz that made me feel stress-free and light on my feet. It is a wonderful healing technique with no specific agenda as my clairvoyant healing has. For example, clairvoyant healing typically is focused on clearing certain problems while Reiki is simply given and the body and spirit use it in ways that neither client nor practitioner might imagine.

I am currently doing a Skype Spiritual Awareness Studies series with someone. It works wonderfully and gives one a feeling of visiting with another. What is important on Earth?

I work at a center that addresses grief of all kinds, but mostly that caused by a death or life threatening illness. It is odd because you would think it would be a depressing place to work. It is, instead, a very lovely place to work because of the focus on the heart, the spirit and the gentle kindness given to everyone, clients and staff alike.

Dannion Brinkley said in one of his books that he was shown in one of his near death experiences that he was supposed to build Healing Centers where people would feel the love of Spirit around them. I have had a similar vision, as had a colleague of mine, Janet Childs.

The vision came when I was about 21 and I was supposed to create or work at a place where people could come in and relax, drop the harshness of the world at the door and feel renewed. I suddenly realized the other while chatting with Janet, that the Centre is one of those places! I was also told in 2001 that I would be talking about Spiritual Psychology and it appears that is evolving from my current work at the Centre as I am about to be licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist while working in such a spiritually affirming environment and also working as spiritual healer in my private practice.

While on earth we are very focused on our lives here and sometimes lose perspective. Life on earth is not all there is. The greater part of your being lives in the spiritual dimension, not here in the space/time-coordinated physical dimension.

If you were to take into account that greater perspective, what might you focus on when you are living everyday, working amongst others? When you greet another in your everyday living, see the person's spirit, to be gentle to the person, no matter the bad mood he/she might seem to be in, to carry some of the light of the spiritual dimension with you, to offer others a sense of rest and renewal.

Spirit seems to care about the gentle care we give to others more than anything else. Money, houses, cars, etc. will be left behind but your heart and spirit live on.

ASTROLOGICAL CHANGES

I am not an astrologer although I studied it extensively in the 70's and am aware of the effects of it. I see it as reflecting the holographic nature of the universe (you can see the whole in a part). I have some good astrologer friends, as well. If you are so inclined, one thing to be aware of is the effect of TRANSPERSONAL planets. These are Neptune, Uranus and Pluto. They have an effect on generations being born which will manifest the effect in their lives. For instance, Neptune was in Libra when I was born and that gave rise to the Summer of Love generation, or the hippies, in the late 60's and 70's. One does not always know how the effects will be played out, however.

The transpersonal planets also have an effect while they are currently in a sign, not just on the generation being born. Right now Pluto is in Capricorn and making some waves with other planets. It fits with some visions I had in the late 90's of how the economy and big business will be transformed to reflect the grassroots, small communities that make up the populace. I also had visions of a dreaded future of a sterile, controlled, but clean and physically healthy environment created by a super corporation or New World Government or however you want to call it. I was told by my guide Zachariah that the green revolution that appeared a few years ago was the response by the grassroots communities to the corporate choke-hold on our lives and well-being. Of course there is nothing holding corporations from getting into the green business, which they are doing. But Zachariah said the many small communities over the land are what will keep the sterile New World vision from happening.

I feel that Pluto in Capricorn is addressing that very struggle with the possible end of allowing big leaders to hold the reins and taking the reins ourselves in our own small, local communities, where we live. Also, we are feeling Pluto and its siblings now. I wrote of a vision I had of being able to manifest more easily than before in a recent newsletter, but there has also been a sense of "karma in your face" that many people have dealt with, saying to themselves, "what the heck is going on??? It is like all my mistakes are being exposed and dealth with!". Pluto in Capricorn is what is going on. If you are interested, please read the article on the link below:

Haitian Earthquake

I had just sent the New Year version of my Newsletter and the Haitian earthquake struck. I am accustomed to not seeing all world events ahead of time although sometimes I get glimpses (I did have a precognitive dream of the 9/11 attack without knowing what I was seeing) and information. Mostly I get information about trends in human activity (the Green Revolution, etc.) as well as intergalactic activity.

Why don't all psychics pick up on big events like this? I know some colleagues who are very good at pointing out future events for individuals but who have a hard time seeing the big picture for the earth and humanity. However, we all deal with the frustration of not seeing everything. My understanding of this phenomenon is that we are all like radio receivers and have to tune our antennae to a particular band of frequencies in order to receive that information. Even if we have the ability we might not always be alerted of information through our channels. For instance, I know I am clairaudient as I have had several spontaneous clairaudient experiences but I don't normally get information through that channel. Information usually comes in telepathically, clairvoyantly, empathically and through "knowing" for me. Also, I am one of those intuitives who normally reads for individual people and animals and am not always attuned to world events. Still, I am frustrated that I don't get certain information ahead of time so I can pass it on to others in a helpful way.

I got a spontaneous vision of the earthquake activity yesterday morning. I see the west as if there is an edge to a jar lid, and the jar lid is on sideways, trying to balance, almost like a spinning top coming to a stop. It has already had activity in the north (the Eureka quake) and I doubt if there will be more big activity there in the near future even though it is a seismically active area. I do see that the most activity is in the southern area of the west at this time and that it is not over with. There may be some seismic activity in southern California or Mexico in the near future.

As I ask about the earth now, I hear there is more activity to come, some volcano activity somewhere in the mid continent area of North America, more activity in the Pacific and some minor activity in the eastern side of North America. It is as if the continent is lifting somehow. In other areas of the planet I see things being relatively quiet currently.

Adjustments are being made that are felt in all areas of existence, from social trends down to earthquakes. I hear that things will be quiet by spring for an unspecified period. I hear the earth saying that in time, all necessary adjustments will be made to allow the earth to harmonize with prevailing frequencies. There is no intention to harm human or other life, although, unfortunately, that does happen. It is as if the earth works with the collective being that is humanity rather than individuals.

How can you help? How can you pick up on this information yourself? ~~~~Light and Grounding~~~~You can help because as human beings we all have the equipment to be receivers and senders. It is a matter of tuning your equipment. Right now you can help bring healing to the Haitian people on the island of Hispaniola by sending light and helping them ground (as well as money to organizations such as Red Cross, etc.). Light will help get aid there more easily, ease stress levels, speed healing for individuals, etc. I find that groups, even small groups, are very effective in producing energy. For instance, even meditation is easier when you have 2 or more people doing it because you more effectively get past the inertia consciousness that always seems to surround us.

When you send light, do it with your higher faculties (6th and 7th chakras), not your emotional and "work/fix-oriented" chakras. The higher faculties are more attuned to the truth of spirit and are not so bogged down in the personal attachment we have to emotion and effort and are more effective in the long run and less draining to you. Just intend that Light go to the area to be used the way it is needed and that is all you have to do.

Years ago I was told my my guidance that grounding is the best technique anyone can use because it allows one to use all the other techniques. If you are not grounded, very little you do is effective. Being grounded is also being connected to Earth, so your ability to pick up information about the planet begins there. There are many ways to ground. One way is to imagine your spine as a major conduit of energy between the earth and cosmos (it IS) and that the flow of energy continues past the base of your spine into the earth. You can imagine a flexible tube of light, a redwood tree, a waterfall, anything that works for you. I just intend that I be grounded and I am. I have to remind myself often to do it, but when I do, I see how much better life goes when I am grounded.

New Year Message
The Magic behind the Ordinary

At this time of year, many psychics and Lightworkers pass on messages of prediction for the year to their readers. I asked Spirit (my word for collective wisdom from the celestial realms) for a message or messages for you. I had felt an amazing awareness for the past few weeks but I did not think it had anything to do with that. I don't focus too much on worldly concerns as that can limit the celestial qualities of Spirit's message, in my experience. However I was awaiting some kind of substantive messages grounded in linear time. So, as is usually the case with my communication with Zachariah or Spirit in general, I realized I had been shown the message for several weeks already and had passed it off as something else. Spirit came through very firmly yesterday morning and told me what the message was. It is related to the Manifestation emails I have sent you in a way. There is a sense of when messages are specifically for me and when they are for others.....for YOU. This one is for me and for you.

The message is enclosed in the perception/feeling I have had: Magic is there all the time, but is not seen because we think life is ordinary. It is the way the human brain perceives its surroundings that creates the "ordinary" perception. I would imagine this has to do with making every day life less stressful.....focusing on what remains the same every day so we don't react to new stimuli every second. However, in reality, each moment is like a pulsating or quivering wall of jello waiting to be molded or shaped into something you want it to be. It has consciousness and even wants to play with you. Yet we push on right by it, leaving it pulsating in place, blithely going on our way in our "ordinary" days.

As is the case with all these messages I get, there is a right time for them to come in. This has to do with where we are in our evolution of consciousness and readiness for the message. I am being told that we can now begin working with this "technology" as our consciousness has reached that level.

If you look at the background of this email, you might begin to imagine the texture of this magic that is there for us in every moment. You can play with it by soft-focusing your mind past the "ordinary" and physical objects your mind might normally be aware of. I often tell people to use the parasympathetic or "allowing" side of their awareness when working with psychic phemonena, and working with this magic substance is no different. Allow yourself to first connect with it in your awareness. The feeling may be fun or exciting in a subtle way. You can go about your tasks in the day, driving your car, going to work, talking to people, but know in the back of your mind that the magic is there all the time for you.

As I ask what we are supposed to do with it, I hear "You are co-creators with the Oneness you call God. You are not playthings or victims in a game of chance. Take your responsibility in earnest and begin to do the work of who you truly are: magnificent beings." As I hear this, I see a human body as an exquisite creation of wiring and finely tuned perception that we have at our disposal. But, of course, we are much more than that....

I recently saw the new film Avatar which some of you might have seen. One of the exciting realizations I got out of it is that we are avatars, as well, meaning our bodies are not who we are but something we merge with in order to experience life on Earth. If you think of yourself as not really your body or your human perceptions but as something bigger who is using this body as an avatar in this world with specific parameters, you might begin to get a sense of the excitement and playfulness about the creation abilities you have.

As I ask again for more information about what next, I hear: "You are not creating for yourself only.....that is one of the misconceptions of the Manifestation communications that have come out in the last few decades. You tap into the ability to create by tapping into the ONE. You create for everyone when you create for yourself. Allow your love to reach this level. You create with Love."

As I hear that, I will close at this point and pick up the thread in a few weeks or months as I am impelled to talk to you.

"Blessings to each one of you" is what I hear from Spirit.....
